Job Title: Deputy Team Manager - Adult Social Care Location: Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, Central Milton Keynes Rate: £40 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Working Pattern: Office-based with up to 2 days working from home Role Overview Milton Keynes Council is seeking an experienced Deputy Team Manager - Adult Social Care to support frontline operational delivery within a busy assessment and duty environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring effective case allocation, workload management, and professional oversight within the team.
