This Service Designer role sits within the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), working at the heart of efforts to respond to national health challenges and improve how services are delivered to the public.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and improving end-to-end services based on user needs
- Identifying pain points and opportunities across complex service journeys
- Using research and insight to shape design decisions and solutions
- Prototyping ideas and testing approaches to improve services
- Working closely with stakeholders across policy, delivery and digital teams
- Promoting user-centred and inclusive design approaches
