Head Chef looking for your next challenge?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen within a well-established, quality-led hospitality business. Offering a fresh food menu, strong customer following, and a supportive ownership team, this role would suit a chef who enjoys leading from the front and taking ownership of their kitchen.

The Role

Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the kitchen
Leading, developing, and motivating the kitchen team
Controlling labour and food costs to achieve GP targets
Ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency
Maintaining all health & safety and food hygiene standards
Working closely with senior management to drive the business forward

About You

Currently working as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready for the next step
Strong fresh food background, working to rosette standards ideal
Passionate about quality ingredients and great food
Commercially aware with a good understanding of kitchen finances
Natural leader who enjoys developing teams
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Driven to continually improve standards and performance
