About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable A Level Criminology Teacher to join our team from September.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to post-16 learners, helping students achieve their full potential in Criminology.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Criminology at Level 3/A Level (or a related subject).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for student achievement.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.The Role
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Criminology lessons across Key Stage 5
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students of varying abilities to achieve strong outcomes.
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement.The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Criminology.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
The ability to motivate and inspire students.
