Project Manager Central London | Up to £90,000 + Package High Profile Heritage Refurbishment Project An established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious £15m refurbishment and building services upgrade project within one of London's most recognised heritage buildings. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a technically challenging scheme involving the installation of a new sprinkler system, significant M&E upgrade works, and light refurbishment throughout an operational, high-profile building in Central London. The project presents a unique blend of logistical complexity, stakeholder management and heritage constraints, requiring a confident Project Manager capable of driving programme, quality and safety standards in a live environment. The Project £15m contract value High-profile listed / heritage building in Central London Installation of new sprinkler systems Major M&E infrastructure upgrades Internal refurbishment and improvement works Extensive temporary works requirements Complex logistics and access arrangements Significant out-of-hours and phased working Live operational environment with key stakeholder interfaces The Role Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from site mobilisation through to completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage specialist subcontractors and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptionally high standards expected on such a prestigious scheme. Key responsibilities will include: Overall project planning and delivery Management of site teams and subcontractors Programme development and monitoring Stakeholder and client management Temporary works coordination Logistics planning and implementation Ensuring compliance with heritage and conservation requirements Managing out-of-hours working operations Cost control and reporting Health & Safety leadership across the project Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager for a main contractor Track record delivering refurbishment, M&E upgrade or complex building services projects Experience working within occupied or live environments Strong understanding of logistics planning and temporary works Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on prestigious projects Excellent leadership and communication skills SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications Heritage, listed building or landmark project experience would be highly advantageous What's On Offer Salary up to £90,000 Attractive benefits package Long-term pipeline of complex London projects Opportunity to deliver a genuinely landmark scheme Excellent career progression with an established contractor Immediate interview availability For a confidential discussion regarding this opportunity, please apply today.
