Trainer Zellis/Myview HR/Payroll

Morson have a great opportunity for a Zellis Myview Trainer to deliver a high-volume, engaging programme of live online training that enables my locla government employees and managers to use Zellis MyView confidently for essential HR and payroll self-service.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

The trainer will deliver approximately 100 thirty-minute Employee Self Service sessions and 30 one-hour Manager Self Service sessions, supporting the November 2026 go-live and early adoption period.

The post holder will use the agreed training materials and configured system, adapt delivery to audience needs, capture recurring questions and feed issues promptly to the project team. xwzovoh

The role exists to maximise attendance, user confidence and safe adoption while reducing avoidable demand on HR, Payroll and support teams.
