Press Brake Setter Operator – Progression Into CAD Location: Leicester Pay: £17.00 – £18.50 per hour DOE Hours: Day shift Job Type: Permanent Are you an experienced Press Brake Setter Operator who wants to move beyond the machine and develop into CAD? This is a rare opportunity for a skilled press brake setter to join a specialist Leicester manufacturer offering genuine progression into SolidWorks/CAD work. You’ll start in a hands-on folding role, but for the right person, the long-term aim is to develop you into a more technical position involving drawings, programming and CAD support. So, if you’re good on the press brake but don’t want to be doing exactly the same job in five years’ time, this could be the move that gives you a proper next step. The company produces high-quality, bespoke metalwork for premium retail, interiors and display projects. The work is varied, the finish matters, and you’ll be working in an environment where skill and attention to detail are properly valued.
