This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for leading complex financial analyses and modeling initiatives that support critical business decisions, long-term planning, and investment strategy. You will partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate operational drivers into actionable financial insights and ensure decision-making is grounded in economic and business reality.Lead complex financial modeling initiatives, including:Three-statement models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)Long-range planning and scenario modelsDiscounted cash flow (DCF) and valuation modelSupport M&A and strategic investments through valuation analysis, diligence support, and financial integration modelingBuild driver-based forecasting frameworks that tie financial outcomes to underlying business performancePartner with business leaders to identify key performance drivers and embed them into financial planning and forecasting modelsIndependently lead multiple workstreams, managing timelines, structuring analyses, and delivering high-quality outputsWhat You Will Need:Bachelor Degree required6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate developmentAdvanced financial modeling expertise, including three-statement modeling and DCF analysisExperience supporting M&A, investment analysis, or strategic planning initiativesStrong ability to connect financial results to underlying business driversAdvanced Excel skills and experience building complex, scalable financial modelsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadersWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience in professional services or project-based business modelsExposure to driver-based forecasting or performance analytics transformationExperience building long-range planning (LRP) modelsMBA, CFA or advanced degreeThe annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
