What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality personal care in clients’ homes

• Supporting with medication, mobility, nutrition, and clinical tasks (where required)

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Promoting independence and dignity at all times

• Travelling between visits (drivers essential)

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
