About the role
To assist with the processing, administration, coordination and reconciliation of Group payroll and pensions production, in accordance with statutory regulations across UK, Jersey, Guernsey & Ireland jurisdictions.
Assessing employees in accordance with Auto Enrolment requirements, collating and distributing pension brochure packs where required.
Contributing to a specialist team working to tight internal and external deadlines within an ever-changing regulatory framework. Application of methodical and analytical approaches to payroll and pensions control principles and accounting practices are essential. xwzovoh
Regularly reviewing information found on a variety of external sources such as The Pensions Regulator and HM Revenue & Customs websites and keeping abreast of legislation changes.
About you
Experience of end-to-end pension administration in a medium to large scale organisation
Experience of end-to-end payroll administration in a medium to large scale organisation
Excellent Microsoft excel skills
Excellent numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to compare data, compile reports and reconcile concisely
Good communication and customer service skills
A strong team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
