Assistant Store Manager — New Store Launch Leader

Rituals is opening a brand new store in Banbridge and is looking for an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will motivate your team and ensure a meaningful shopping experience for customers. You'll support the Store Manager in creating an effective and engaged team while enhancing store performance through exceptional customer service.
