Press Brake Operator Temp to Perm Contract to start ASAP Location: Banbury OX16 Hours of Work: 40.5hrs per week (7.00am 4.30pm Mon Thurs & Fri 2.00pm finish) Salary: £14.24ph

- £15.20ph DOE (£30,000 to £32,000 rising to £34,000 after probation) The Role As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery to produce high-quality sheet metal components to precise specifications.

You will also receive training on punch presses, giving you the opportunity to become a more versatile, multi-skilled operator.

Key Responsibilities Operate press brake machinery safely and efficiently Set and run press brakes to manufacture sheet metal parts Read and work from engineering drawings Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are me Carry out basic machine checks and adjustments Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production target Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area Train on punch presses and develop into a multi-skilled operator What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator, Brake Press Operator, Sheet Metal Operator, Machine Operator, or CNC Press Brake Operator Experience within an engineering, sheet metal, fabrication, or manufacturing environment Experience setting and operating press brakes Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and proactive approach to work Willingness to learn new machinery and complete training on punch presses Apply now.
