Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects within the B2B sector.

Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.

Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, clearly articulating features and benefits.

Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to customise solutions that meet client requirements.

Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for potential clients.

Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and monitor pipeline progress.

Analyse customer feedback and market trends to inform strategic sales approaches.

Support post-sale activities including technical training, troubleshooting, and ongoing client support.

Skills Proven experience in B2B sales within a technical or engineering environment.

HNC/HND or mechanical apprenticeship is desired but not essential.

Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and develop customised solutions.

Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing sales processes effectively.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

Organised, proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
