We are currently looking for an Senior Civil Engineer, who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance. As the Senior Civil Engineer, you will:
Deliver a diverse portfolio of water recycling and water supply projects that make a real impact.Lead, coach, and develop junior engineers, building capability and future talent across the team.Drive outcome-focused, low-carbon solutions that protect nature and harness digital innovation.Build strong professional networks across the @one Alliance and its wider partner community.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Construction Managers to achieve successful project outcomes.
What you'll bring to the role:
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through relevant industry experience.Ideally chartered, or actively working towards professional chartership.Strong practical civil design experience, preferably within the water or wastewater sector.Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior engineers.Good understanding of modular construction methods, processes, and best practice.
