About You Previous experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy General Manager within a high-volume hospitality environment. Passion for quality fresh food and outstanding customer service. Strong leadership and team development skills. Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, costs, and KPIs. Energetic, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced operation.
