Project Manager

Our client is a main contractor who specialises in refurbishments across a range of sectors such as Heritage/Healthcare/Higher Education.      We are assisting them in their search for a Project Manager to oversee a £6m  refurbishment which will involve both internal and external works for a flagship university.    You will be managing the project as the sole number one with a visiting contracts manager and you will have the support of an assistant Site Manager. You must ensure health and safety compliance as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.    To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification    If you’re interested, please apply now
