Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
The Role We are recruiting an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales growth and provide clinical support across a specialist surgical portfolio.
The role focuses on minimally invasive surgery and abdominal wall reconstruction solutions, alongside products covering stapling, advanced energy, diagnostics and patient positioning.
You will work across NHS and private healthcare settings, providing in-theatre support, product training and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre teams.
Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth across the assigned territory.
Develop new business within NHS and private hospitals.
Manage territory planning and account segmentation.
Provide in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
Deliver product demonstrations, training and education.
Build relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, procurement teams and hospital administrators.
Support the adoption of medical technologies.
Monitor customer needs, market activity and competitors.
Maintain accurate CRM records and commercial reporting.
Attend surgical meetings, workshops, exhibitions and sales events.
About You Five or more years medical device sales experience.
Significant operating theatre experience, ideally within general surgery, gynaecology or urology.
A proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience independently managing and growing a sales territory.
Experience selling into NHS trusts, private healthcare or independent hospitals.
Strong account management and stakeholder relationship skills.
Experience working with procurement and commercial stakeholders.
Strong pipeline management, forecasting and territory planning skills.
A consultative, solution-led sales approach.
Knowledge of human biology, physiology and anatomy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Full clean UK driving licence. xwzovoh
Valid passport and willingness to undertake occasional national or international travel.
