Waking Night Support Worker Childrens Residential Home Horsham £26,000 £29,000 per annum (depending on experience) 4 on / 4 off shift pattern | 21:00 08:00 Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? About the Role As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will: Provide a calm, reassuring presence throughout the night.
Safeguard and support children aged [insert age range] with emotional, behavioural, and social needs.
Manage incidents in a trauma-informed, caring manner.
Keep detailed records and handovers to ensure continuity of care.
Work closely with the day team to provide consistent, high-quality support.
