£32,000 - £40,000 + Van & Fuel + 25 Days Holiday + Pension Full-Time | Permanent Monday to Friday – 5.30am– 4.30pm with over time available Full time - perm Are you an experienced skilled labourer or perhaps a Carpenter who enjoys working on high-quality projects across London and the South East Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established manufacturing and installation business specialising in bespoke windows and doors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a new person to join their professional installation team. This Window & Door Installer role offers varied work across residential, commercial, heritage, and specialist properties. Most projects are based in and around London, with daily travel from the company headquarters in Climping. Responsibilities Install windows and doors within domestic and commercial properties Travel daily to installation sites across London and surrounding areas Carry out fitting, glazing, sealing, and finishing work Complete bespoke and specialist installations to a high standard Read and interpret installation drawings and specifications Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and site teams Resolve on-site fitting issues safely and efficiently Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Skilled Labourer or Carpenter Must live within 20 miles of head quarters in Climping Strong domestic and commercial background Full UK driving licence essential Good practical problem-solving skills Customer-focused with strong communication skills Understanding of health and safety requirements CSCS card desirable but not essential Ability to work independently and within a team Benefits Company van and fuel paid Accommodation provided when required plus food allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday off Company pension Overtime opportunities Cycle to work scheme Employee discount scheme Free onsite parking Sick pay and referral programme
