Assistant Site Manager  Birmingham Permanent | Full-Time I am currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing construction business to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their career within residential construction, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality projects. The Role As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the management of site operations, including subcontractors and on-site personnel Coordinating site labour and agency staff to maintain productivity and efficiency Assisting with the planning and delivery of short-term programmes Ensuring health & safety standards and procedures are adhered to at all times Supporting the management of subcontractors and resolving on-site issues as they arise Carrying out quality checks throughout the build process to ensure work meets specifications Assisting in delivering projects on time and to a high standard Managing site documentation and supporting project control processes Maintaining compliance with internal systems, policies, and procedures Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
