About the role
Elementa Support Services is recruiting an Attendance Officer in Cardiff to monitor and report pupil attendance across the school cluster. The role involves following up on unexplained absences, supporting early intervention, and building relationships with pupils, families, and staff.
The post requires Welsh language capability for a Welsh-medium environment, together with strong IT skills, DBS checks, and a willingness to engage with external agencies to improve attendance outcomes.
