Clinical Lead – Complex Care Merseyside & West Lancashire Salary: Up to £42,000 This is a role for a nurse who wants to do more than clinical work.

You'll be leading and supporting regional nursing teams delivering complex care across Merseyside and West Lancashire — tracheostomy, ventilated patients, high-dependency community packages.

What the role involves You'll provide clinical oversight across a complex caseload, mentor and supervise nursing teams, conduct audits and compliance reviews, and lead on incident investigation and improvement.

You'll develop care plans and risk assessments, coordinate package transitions, and deliver clinical training to your team.

You'll also participate in the on-call rota.
