As a Sales Associate at Ermanno Scervino, you will welcome a global clientele with a vibrant, magnetic energy that perfectly embodies our high-fashion universe. Your mission is to communicate the heritage and craftsmanship of our collections, transforming every boutique visit into a bespoke luxury experience. By building genuine connections, you will naturally drive sales and foster long-term customer loyalty. Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals assigned by the Store Manager and by the Company
- Perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy: helping customers choose products that best suit their needs and desires, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales
- Organize your own work in order to achieve sales objectives and observe timelines
- Keep constant tabs on products present in the store and their prices, capture customer data according to the CRM
- Ensure that customers are informed of the arrival of new collections and special events
- Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with brand visual standards
- Take an active role in inventory. Participate in goods receiving and ensure quality control
- Be aware of the sales plan and coordinate constantly with coworkers in order to guarantee an atmosphere that is in keeping with the brand image
- Gather feedback from customers on the collection and communicate it to the Store Manager
Required Skills
- 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate within retail
- Full-time availability
- A true passion for the fashion world and current trends
- A people-centric mindset with a love for building authentic connections
- High energy and an approachable attitude that brightens our customers' day
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
- Ability to engage with clients showing passion for fashion products
- Work as a team player with colleagues to contribute to a positive working environment
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
- Fluency in an additional language is a plus
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work full-time in the UK without restriction.
