We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Change Leadfor 6 months to support a major ERP transformation programme within a large, complex organisation.

This pivotal role will lead organisational change, ensuring teams are prepared, engaged and ready to adopt new ways of working across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.

• Lead the ERP business change strategy, roadmap and delivery.
• Drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement and change adoption.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop transition plans.
• Support future operating model design and workforce transformation.
• Oversee communications, training, business readiness and change champion networks.
• Track adoption, benefits realisation and organisational outcomes.
• Work closely with senior leaders, programme teams and external partners.
