The opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, technology-enabled advice firm that is redefining how mortgage and protection advice is delivered in the UK. Built around a human-first model and powered by smart technology, this business enables advisers to focus on advice and client outcomes rather than admin.

Responsibilities
* Provide compliant, whole-of-market mortgage advice across a broad range of client scenarios
* Deliver protection advice where suitable, with support to further develop this area
* Conduct virtual client meetings and deliver a seamless end-to-end journey
* Deliver an exceptional end-to-end client journey and build trusted long-term relationships
* Work closely with a dedicated Mortgage Support Team to ensure smooth case progression
* Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and referral partners
* Identify opportunities to expand referral networks and contribute to business growth
* Play an active role in shaping the future of the mortgage & protection function as the business scales
Requirements
* CeMAP or equivalent qualification to advise on mortgages in the UK
* Minimum 3 years’ whole-of-market mortgage advice experience
* Strong track record of delivering positive customer outcomes in a high-volume environment
* In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulation, and industry trends
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence
* Experience presenting webinars and building business development relationships is advantageous
* Protection qualification (e.g. R05) desirable but not essential
* Experience within a scale-up or high-growth environment is a plus
