Groundworker

A Groundworker is required for a Manchester based housing association on a temp to perm basis, working on both void and tenanted properties across the region. You will have demonstrable experience in flagging, fencing, drainage work and concrete works. High pressure water jetting is also a major part of this role, experience preferred with this, but not essential as training can be provided to the successful applicant. This will be working in a team of two with a shared van for business use, so a driving licence is essential. You will have Relevant general building maintenance qualification or formal apprenticeship or equivalent experience and experience carrying out fencing and ground works. This is an outstanding opportunity to forge a career with a well respected employer working 36.25 hrs per week Monday - Friday.
