You can confidently speak the language of distributed systems, JVM performance, microservices vs. monoliths, and evaluate how a candidate's experience with Java, Kotlin, or Spring Boot aligns with our tech stack.The Startup Edge: Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments where speed and quality are equally weighted.
