- £45,000 DOE A growing e-commerce business is looking for an experienced PPC Manager to join its expanding marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has a strong background in paid media, customer acquisition, and campaign strategy.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of performance marketing activity across multiple digital channels, helping to drive growth, increase new customer acquisition, and improve overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across key digital platforms Develop and oversee campaign calendars and marketing activity plans Monitor and improve acquisition KPIs including traffic, CPA, and conversion performance Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing campaigns Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation Support wider digital marketing activity across paid search, social, email, and media channels Coordinate creative requirements and campaign assets with design and content teams Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity Skills & Experience Proven experience managing PPC campaigns within an e-commerce or digital environment Strong understanding of paid search, performance marketing, and customer acquisition Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and campaign metrics Experience using Excel and marketing analytics tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly xwzovoh organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities What's On Offer Hybrid working model Competitive salary depending on experience Healthcare and wellbeing support Enhanced holiday allowance and additional staff perks Career progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive and collaborative team culture This role would suit someone ambitious, commercially minded, and passionate about driving measurable growth through digital marketing.
