Purus Healthcare is hiring Healthcare Assistant for Residential Care Home and Nursing Home Job Description * Supervises and monitors residents with special needs * Takes responsibility for shifts and service during duty * Responds to emergencies, offering guidance and support to care workers * Assists service users with dressing, undressing, washing, toileting, and bathing * Assist in medication, moving patients from one place to other * Serves meals and aids with feeding, ensuring overall comfort * Provides stimulating activities for service users * Supports daily tasks like letter writing, bill payment, and benefit collection * Undertakes light cleaning, domestic duties, and meal preparation * Monitors service users' conditions (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) * Collaborates with professional staff to implement care plan Requirements * International Passport * Share code with a valid expiry date * Enhanced DBS (registered with the Update Service) – Mandatory * Updated CV * Manual Handling Practical Training Certificate – Mandatory * Bank Statement * Proof of Current Address * National Insurance Document * Full UK Driving Licence (if applicable) * A clear photograph for your profile * Next of Kin's Name and Contact Number
