The Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals. Responsibilities may include: * Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis. * Assisting students who require additional learning support. * Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. * Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). * Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom participation. * Building confidence and helping students reach their potential.
