This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 5+ years' experience to manage a varied caseload and deliver a high quality, client focused conveyancing service from instruction through to completion.The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityLeasehold transactionsConducting title checks and reviewing legal documentationDrafting and reviewing contracts, leases and related property documentsLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third partiesEnsuring compliance with AML, SRA/CQS and lender requirementsCarrying out searches, Land Registry applications and raising enquiriesProviding clear, practical legal advice throughout the transactionMaintaining accurate case management recordsProactively managing risks, resolving issues and progressing matters efficientlyManaging client expectations and delivering excellent client serviceSupporting business development and client retention where appropriateCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with:5+ years' residential conveyancing experienceProven ability to manage a varied caseload independentlyStrong knowledge of UK property law, Land Registry procedures and lender requirementsExcellent attention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience using conveyancing case management systems (Leap)Commitment to high quality legal services and client careBenefitsThe firm offers:Competitive salary with performance related bonusesOpportunities for career development and progressionOngoing training and professional developmentPension schemeHealth insuranceSupportive, friendly and collaborative working environmentDog friendly office cultureHow to ApplyIf this opportunity sounds of interest or you'd like a confidential conversation about your next career move, please contact:Email: : / All enquiries will be handled in the strictest confidence.
