Reporting to the Insurance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the organisation's insurance programme, handling liability claims, maintaining policy records, and providing specialist insurance advice to stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the organisation's insurance portfolio, ensuring adequate and cost-effective cover is maintained.
• Act as the first point of contact for insurance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate, manage, and coordinate liability and property claims from initial notification through to resolution.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure claims are progressed efficiently.
