We're a successful healthcare recruitment business with four UK branches and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Canterbury team. Responsibilities include: Sourcing, interviewing and onboarding healthcare professionals Building relationships with clients and candidates Managing staffing requirements and bookings Developing new business opportunities Coordinating temporary staffing needs Maintaining compliance standards Delivering excellent customer service Achieving KPIs and targets Taking part in a shared on-call rota About You You'll have: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A positive, driven attitude Come from Sales, Customer Service or similar The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A proactive and resilient approach A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm Additional on-call duties are shared on a rota basis.
