Reporting into the Duty Mnager, the Service Centre Contract Coordinator will be responsible for providing day to day administration support across Corporate Networks and NRTS contracts.
This is an office-based role, working in Quinton 5 days a week.
What you’ll do:
Provide administration for incident management, which includes building resources, phone calls and organising traffic management.
Organise Spurs arising from field resources, managing calls and emails ensuring they are sent to the correct resolver group.
To ensure records are accurately maintained to time and plan
Ensure documentation tracking and database are maintained in accordance with the contract within time and to plan
Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works
Able to demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients and customers.
Who you are:
You will have previous coordination / administrative experience gained within the NRTS or Corporate Networks (CNS).
Key Requirements:
Good incident management and communication skills
Organised, methodical, with the ability to react to changing circumstances and work under pressure
Ability to work towards KPI's and strict SLA's
Good IT skills for Excel and Microsoft Word are essential
ITIL 4 Qualification
Must have SC Clearance
