This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that customers receive a professional and efficient service. Working closely with the sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the sales team Preparing quotes and sales documentation Managing and updating CRM records Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email Tracking opportunities and maintaining pipeline accuracy Chasing outstanding quotations and following up customer requests Coordinating activities between internal teams and external stakeholders Supporting reporting and general sales administration duties About You Previous experience in a sales support, administration, customer service, or coordination role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn What's on Offer?
