This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills in both English and a second European language , and an interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to engage with international business clients Communicate confidently in English and your second language Generate leads and set appointments Provide information about services and respond to client queries Maintain and update customer databases Conduct telephone surveys and follow-up calls Book attendees for events and support multilingual campaigns Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Must Have Fluency in English plus at least one of the following: Spanish, Italian Finnish, Dutch, German, Danish, Norwegian Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with international clients over the phone Experience in sales, customer service, or support (preferred but not essential) Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly Well-organised with good time management Comfortable working in xwzovoh a fast-paced office environment Experience with CRM systems is an advantage Must be available to work on-site in Birmingham Hours Full-time or part-time hours available Weekday shifts with some flexibility This is a great opportunity to: Use and develop your language skills in a professional setting Gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development Build transferable skills in an international B2B environment Work as part of a supportive and dynamic team
