About the role
My client, a busy Restaurant in Edinburgh, is currently recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join their team.
The restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation and is well known for its traditional dishes created using fresh and seasonal Scottish ingredients.
The successful candidate will have experience in a Sous Chef role and be a strong personality which good communication skills.
The salary for the Senior Sous Chef is up to £40,000 per annum.
Tronc of £2,000 to £4,000 in addition.
44 hours per week over 5 days including breakfast, lunch and evening events.
