As Senior Associate Commercial Director you'll be responsible for:
• Leading the commercial delivery of major infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, and development projects from inception through to completion.
• Providing strategic commercial advice to clients, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while managing risk, value, and performance.
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor across a portfolio of key accounts.
• Leading and supporting commercial teams in the delivery of cost management, procurement, contract administration, and commercial management services.
• Identifying opportunities for growth, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the continued expansion of the Commercial team.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional outcomes for clients.
• Mentoring and developing team members, supporting technical excellence and career progression.
• Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the Commercial service offering across Brookbanks.

What we're looking for:
✓ Significant experience within a cost consultancy environment.
✓ Strong network of client contacts and the ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
✓ Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
✓ Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) would be advantageous.
