Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Gosport 3D Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor delivering a major mixed-use development in Gosport. The scheme includes new-build residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements and forms part of a significant long-term regeneration project. Key responsibilities: Commercial management of subcontract packages Procurement and subcontractor management Applications, valuations and cost reporting Variations and change management Forecasting and reporting to the senior commercial team Working closely with the site and project delivery teams Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Main contractor background preferred Strong residential, mixed-use or major project experience Excellent commercial and subcontract management skills Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification preferred A strong opportunity to join a major development with a substantial ongoing programme of works.
