Strategic Network Planning Manager (Hybrid) — EV & Growth

FirstGroup Internal is seeking a Network Planning Manager for Scotland & York, based at the Caledonia depot in a hybrid role. You will lead a team of Network Planners, design routes and timetables, model forecasts, and ensure regulatory alignment to support long-term strategy.

You will collaborate with the Head of Network and cross-functional teams to deliver on financial and operational targets, with up to 15% annual bonus potential and a focus on service quality and franchising readiness.
