They have been scaling rapidly following consecutive years of strong growth and they are now hiring for a Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their Ecommerce clients. You will lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a curated portfolio of high-end Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle brands. It's a fully remote business with a flexible, trust-based culture and a highly connected, driven team of specialists. Manage up to 5 Premium Ecommerce client accounts end-to-end Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta and TikTok Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and drive ROI Collaborate with creative teams to shape high-converting ad content Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding media investment decisions Experience working with Ecommerce brands, ideally in an agency setting A balance of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving Agile, proactive and confident operator Fully remote working with flexibility and autonomy ~ 500 home office setup allowance ~ Opportunity to work with premium, high-consideration brands ~
