Your duties will include: Supporting the Senior Sous and Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen services Maintaining high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistency The ability to follow recipes while adding energy and precision to every dish Making sure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are kept Support managing stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members What we're looking for This role would suit an experienced Chef De Partie who thrives in a quality-focused environment.
