Wellness Store Supervisor: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Supervisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract at 30 hours per week. You will lead by example, support the Store Manager and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.

You’ll develop product knowledge, ensure visual merchandising standards, manage stock, and promote health and wellness guidance through our training. The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow within retail.
