The Role We are seeking an experienced Female Learning and Disabilities Support Worker to provide care and support to clients with complex needs, including: * Low‑functioning learning disabilities * Personal Care * Cerebral palsy * Autism * Non-Verbal You will deliver safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care in clients’ own homes, supporting daily living activities, mobility, and independence.
