Product Manager
Location: Watford (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits
We're partnering with a growing B2B SaaS business looking to appoint a Product Manager to join its expanding Product team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Product function where you'll have genuine influence over the product roadmap and work closely with Engineering, Design and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features.
The Role
- Own and deliver key areas of the product roadmap from concept through to launch.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to define product requirements and prioritise development.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Champion AI-driven innovation, identifying practical ways to enhance the platform through automation and intelligent workflows.
- Conduct product and process reviews to uncover opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse user behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems and building products that deliver measurable value.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Product Management or Product Owner experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled products, automation initiatives or intelligent workflows.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning and Agile delivery.
- Experience reviewing business processes and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical teams.
- A data-driven approach to product decision making.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Experience working with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
- Exposure to workflow automation and process optimisation.
- Experience within customer experience, CRM or enterprise software environments.
- Technical understanding of APIs and software integrations.
