As Contract Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the delivery of all technical and engineering services across the contract. Lead and manage the delivery of all on-site technical services, systems, and infrastructure. Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental standards. Build strong, trusted relationships with the client, focused on quality, communication, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and enhanced service delivery. Proven technical and managerial experience within hard FM or building services, ideally in a high-profile, client-facing environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability to drive operational and financial performance.
