Legal Counsel - Tech Sector - (12 Month FTC - Immediate Start)

Legal Counsel (1–3 PQE) | Global Technology Business | 6–18 Month FTC

We are looking to speak with qualified lawyers (1-3 PQE) who would be interested in a Legal Counsel role within a Global Technology Business.

This would be a 6–18 month FTC, with an immediate start required.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, supporting a busy in‑house legal function on a broad range of matters. The role will involve:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
• Advising on regulatory and compliance matters
• Providing day‑to‑day legal support to key business stakeholders
• Working closely with colleagues across multiple functions and jurisdictions

About you

• Qualified lawyer with 1–3 years' post‑qualification experience
• Strong commercial contracts experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance matters
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment
• Immediately available or available at short notice

This is a full‑time position with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office in London.
