IT Business Analyst IT Business Analyst - York / Hybrid (2+ days/week office based) We're recruiting for an IT Business Analyst to join a growing technology team for one of our long-standing clients, a nationwide healthcare organisation. The role will be supporting business change, process improvement, and systems projects across a large multi-site business. Package & Benefits Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in York office) Private healthcare scheme 25 days holiday + Bank holidays EV car scheme Access to world-class training platform & certifications Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities Support the delivery of business and technology change projects Skills & Experience Experience as an IT Business Analyst or Junior Business Analyst Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication Experience with user stories, workshops, and business documentation Power BI, SQL, or data analysis experience is advantageous This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to join a business investing heavily in technology, transformation, and employee development
