As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated and focused on their learning.
Supporting children with additional learning needs (ALN/SEN).
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Preparing classroom resources and learning materials.
Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and other school staff.
Supporting pupils' educational, social and emotional development.
Opportunities are available across primary schools, secondary schools and specialist SEN settings.
