Painter

Belmont Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Painter to work with our client based in the Durham area on a temporary basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating work across various properties and sites. Duties will include preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Main Duties: * Prepare surfaces and carry out painting and decorating work * Apply paint and finishes to a high standard * Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently * Work independently and as part of a team Essential Criteria: * Previous experience as a Painter * NVQ Level 2 Painting and Decorating or equivalent * Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship * Full UK driver's license Desirable Criteria: * Previous experience within a Local Authority or similar environment If you are interested in this position, please apply with your up-to-date CV
